XF 2.2 Weird Permission Issue

Okay will this is weird and I'm sure it's something I'm doing incorrectly.

We are getting ready to go live this evening and we had all permission set.

Groups are standard
Banned
Member
Mod
Admin
Unregistered

We added three people manually to the "Member"group which has most privileges except of course, moderation. However, we went back and checked their each of their accounts individuals it is showing NO privileges whatsoever even thought they are in the Member group. This is happening on all three of our recent manually added users.

Upgraded to 2.2 a few days ago.

Please advise when you can.

Use the permissions analyser to determine how the final permission values are being set.

I did and it analyzed at the "Member" level for each of them so why would their permissions be set to "NO' when reviewing their individual accounts? Very strange.

Permissions are cumulative.

In most cases, members will not have user specific permissions set - they inherit the permissions from the user groups they are members of.

The analyser will show the final permission value and how it is calculated.
