I'm looking for the help desk (ticket system) resource that was released not too long ago, not sure if it got deleted or im just blind today....

The author of that addon is a known and active member of a XenForo piracy community. We removed his addon as we don't consider it fair for him to sell his addons here while ripping others off on his own site.

Perhaps this can be used as a ticket system,contains some errors, but maybe one developer can update it, SeVen had already given permission to Steve Moore, but Steve has eliminated his addon.

If it is true that the author is making money from pirated xenforo software, then surely XF can claim all money made from the sales of the addon or at least refuse to pay out anything, while still leaving the addon available for download.

His free addons have been kept here. His paid addons were not hosting here. And addon without support... doesn't worth a lot.
