Vb4.x to Xenforo importing users.

We are about to step over from vBulletin to xenforo. But i have some major issue's with data import.
We have about 2000 users and when i test an import locally it imports 0 users to xenforo.

all other imports go just fine.
i have used all the import options i could possible think of but none imports any users. This is a major issue for us since we dont want to have any kind of trouble while we move over from vB to xF.
