XF 2.2 Users Not Receiving Verification Emails

They are not receiving the verification emails. Is there a way to turn it off so they don’t need to verify their emails? Is there a way to know why they aren’t receiving it? How do I remedy this? This has been happening since I started the site last year. I only have a few members but they all didn’t receive it.

You can disable email confirmation in the registration options.

However, the better option would be to contact your host and get them to investigate what is happening by checking the server mail log in the first instance.

Where are the emails coming from? My host said it’s not them.
