XF 2.2 Users get logged out when clicking home/logo

I've got now multiple users reporting that when they click Home or the site logo that they are logged out automatically. I cannot reproduce it myself, so it's hard to get a grip on what's going on. But of course, my admin account is 2FA where a regular user's is not, and it may be browser related or even because they are on a phone (I only have a laptop with internet).
Any clues as to what it could be?

Thanks for the quick reply. I set that option and one of my users still had issues, so unfortunately not that.

Are they logging in without checking the stay logged in box?
If no clear your site's cache

I figured out that users having 2FA on will NOT get logged out, whereas others will. I'm creating a support ticket.
