Usergroup titles not updating

Hello all, I changed the title of my usergroups and some users profiles are not updating. Is there a maintenance program or something which can be done for this?

they are customized by the group but is there an option to turn off custom titles they set themselves?

Set the user group permission for this to Not Set (No).

You will need to manually remove any custom titles already set.
