XF 1.1 Usergroup promotion - missing field

I would like to create an automatic usergroup promotion as follows.

1) Has Avatar (OK that's there)

2) User has posted at least X messages: (OK that's there)

3) User has been registered for at least X days: (OK that's there)

4) User has completed their Location field. NOT THERE
I can't find this field on either the Apply this Promotion tab OR the Custom Fields tab.

There is no criteria for the location field.

But this is for custom user fields. The location field doesn't qualify.
