XF 1.3 Usergroup promotion criteria , is it and or or?

If I set

Content and Achievements to 50 posts and 15 likes, are they promoted after either are achievedor would they need to get both?

It's AND; all of the criteria need to be met.

I thought so, but it would actually be very useful to have the option for OR.

Aha, I just thought, presumably I just do two identical promotions, one with number of posts and one with number of likes.

Would that do what I want?
