Usergroup promotion criteria

For usergroup promotions, when selecting multiple criteria is it an EITHER/OR situation. For instance if they get the promotion for having 100 points OR 100 posts, if I select both criteria will the system promote them only if they both?

User group promotion criteria are AND, not OR. So a user would need 100 points AND 100 posts to achieve the promotion if both are set.
