XF 1.5 User upgrades not allowing upgrades

when my users are close to an expired upgrade a lot of them want to renew, but as long as it is still active the renew button does not show up. Is their away to allow them to upgrade at any time?

Also I converted over from VB, so my users are still getting renewel emails from VB which is fine that forces them to the Xenforo board. Does Xenforo send out renew emails or alerts of somekind?

It's not possible to renew an upgrade until it expires.

XF doesn't send out emails for upgrade renewals.

An alert is sent when a user upgrade expires, but not before.

That works for me. Can you change the alert text in phrases?

Yes, you can edit the phrase.
