XF 2.1 User upgrades not working

Anyone else have this issue?

I got payment for the upgrade, however, the user was not automatically put in that additionally upgraded usergroup.

Any suggestions as to why?

What do you mean, specifically? I don't understand what that means.

Any other suggestions for this? That's still not working, but this is also for user UPGRADES, not promotions.

This is a usergroup promotion triggered by an user upgrade, and i think the cron task is the same.

XF 2.3 Thread 'Paypal NEW + User Upgrades'

Hi guys, I am trying to enable user upgrades in my Xenforo 2.3.2 version. I tried this long ago and could not activate it, now I notice there is new PAYPAL connector, so I gave it second try - but still not working. My Paypal account is Bussiness and I can receive payments when I send invoice to my customers. Posting some pictures of my setup, can you give me clue what I am missing ?
