XF 1.4 User unable to upload more than 2 photos

I've got a user that seems to be having problems uploading more than 2 photos to the site, and I've replicated the same process with the same browser but it works fine for me. It seems to work fine for them on another XF site.

Here's now the problem was described: "If I try to add three or more pictures I get the scrolling in the top right-hand corner but when it finishes there are no pictures."

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this one?

If it's happening to one individual user then the problem is local to them, so it could be browser or ISP related.

It looks like they're using the drag-and-drop method to upload, so I'll do some more testing on that - as I've been using the upload button.

They should still be able to attach up to the maximum number of images set in the ACP.

I just did a quick test on my local and was able to drag and drop 10 images without an issue.

Yup, I can do the same thing at my end too - no idea what this is, but I'm going to suggest some workarounds.
