I have a user who frequently does not receive alerts from @Mentions on several different accounts. It's not all the time, and sometimes he receives them and sometimes he doesn't. I'm unable to duplicate the behavior though. These alerts do exist in the database, and if I log into his account, I see the alerts. But he swears that he doesn't seem them at all, not even in the full list of alerts.
He's using Windows 10 and Chrome (which is the same setup I have). He also says he doesn't see them on his phone.
Has anybody else experienced an issue like this? Any idea what the problem might be?
