XF 2.2 User Group promotion with Banner not switching!

I want to change the Banner each time a user is promoted.

So I set the following:
Yellow - User criteria to have 10 Posts Promote to User Group A with Yellow banner
Blue - User criteria to have 100 Posts Promote to User Group B with Blue Banner

For some reason even a user has 300 posts he get not the Blue Banner ?

I tried to Rebuild the promotion cache, nothing works.

I also set the banner priority to have the Yellow to be 1 and the blue to be 2

Any help ?

I just tried to set Blue to 15 posts only and disable Yellow, but nothing changes, yellow stays.

Looks like somehow the Blue is ignored! What may I have done wrong?

If I manual promote a user to Blue it works, also the banner changes!

Automatic upgrades and downgrades apply to recently active members only.

It will apply the next time they log in.

Otherwise you can run the Rebuild user group promotions task in admin.php?tools/rebuild to manually apply it to all members.

If neither works then the promotion criteria does not apply or is incorrect.

Okay, today I tried again, set the Member Plus to 90 posts, and out of the Blue all users that had 90 or above posts got that upgrade.

I add Pro Member to the group whic shall upgrade if a user has at least 300 posts. Run the Cron and Rebuild the Cache in Tools. Now, nothing works.

I disabled the Member Plus again and thought now Member Pro may work, nothing works at all no upgrade.

Runt the CRON job "user group promotion" and in Tools the Rebuild user group promotion. Nothing changes at all.

What can be wrong here?

My previous response still stands.

Those are the only times promotions aren't applied (unless third party add-ons are involved).

Check the user change log to determine if it's being applied/removed.
