Hi,
I currently have a User Group "Study Buddy" that I wish to promote to a "Premium Member" user group.
I have created the promotion to add the User Group "Study Buddy" to the "Premium Member" User Group as you can see in the attachments:
I have run the Rebuild Group Promotions Cache several times, but the promotion isn't being implemented when I test it on a "Test" member.
Any help as to why this is would be very much appreciated.
