Lack of interest Use .active class on dropdown menus

Currently, when a dropdown menu is activated display and visibility are changed in-line and there isn't any way to target a visible menu. Adding a .active class would allow designers to use dropdown transitions.

This could also be added to overlays so designers can also add transitions there as well.
