XF 2.1 URL's not friendly with punctuation in title

Hello,

My URL's for threads aren't friendly even though I have 'Use full friendly URLs' and 'Enable board URL canonicalization' both enabled.

E.g. in one of my thread titles it says '£2,000 at auction' in it, and the URL writes: '%C2%A32-000-at-auction'

Why has the URL got percentage and random characters in it? Is there anyway to remove this as I assume this isn't friendly.

EDIT: It also appears when a user hits the share button, the URL has weird characters in it.
