URI Valet

I was curious as to why URI Valet reports 404 errors on XenForo forums.

Here's an example, using this forum. If you scroll down to objects, you'll see some are reporting 404 errors.

What is URI Valet? Whatever it is, wouldn't that be a question better suited for URI Valet?
