Browser issue Uploading video error

When trying to upload a video from an iPhone, you get this error message, attached. When uploading the same video via desktop it works fine.

Can you share the settings you have for video shooting on your iPhone, and does this happen with all videos or just that one?

We have so far only been able to reproduce this when attempting to upload a video that has only partially downloaded from iCloud - might that be what you are seeing here?

This could be, I was able to upload the same video with my wifes iPhone and it worked, she is not connected to the cloud. Not sure why an image that plays on the phone completely fine is considered only partially downloaded, and will not upload here to the site. I wonder if there is a work around of sorts.
