XF 1.2 Uploading files to server issue - File Health Check

Lately, I have been noticing a strange issue when uploading a fresh version of xenForo to a clean directory using FileZilla. To a random set of 5-15 files, it gives me a popup saying the file already exists and asks me if I want to overwrite. I don't know how can this be if there is no older version of this file in the directory. Also, the file size is slightly different.

I go with the "overwrite" option and continue the uploading. When I do a "File Health Check" in xenForo after the installation, there are never any problems. Can I be confident that the files are OK if the Health Check says it is or could I have other issues down the road?

Files have the same name, so they will have to be overwritten.

If the file health check says everything is fine, then everything is fine.

That is a typical FileZilla problem and the reason I stopped using it and moved to WinSCP.

Never once had the issue with WinSCP since, which is the FTP application I now recommend.

Winscp is is very good, but ssh is the best

You still need an FTP client to upload the .zip.

Ssh/Putty can do that alone, vice versa:

scp -r local-directory user2@to-server-ip:/dir

scp -r user1@from-server-ip:/dir local-directory

@RoldanLT, winscp is using FTP over SSH, this is SSH providing the underlying protocol (layer 7), there is no pure SSH.

What do you mean? From the default terminal I can do many things.
