XF 1.3 Uploading attachment error, on https forum

This is the error on my console:


To replicate this:

• Upload a file larger than the Maximum Attachment File Size
• With an extension not listed in your Allowed Attachment File Extensions

The Browser will just keeps on loading with that error.
Is this a bug?

I don't have an error on console but Page keeps on loading with Uploading 0% status.
