Browser issue Upload a File not working in iOS 8

Fixes a bug that prevented uploading photos and videos from Safari

The problem has gotten even worse since 8.0.2

Interesting uploading a file works just fine here however on my own XenForo forums this option does not work at all.

Are you talking about pressing the "Choose File" button and nothing happens?

That is a bug that is fixed in XF 1.4.2.

It is intermittent. The current workaround is to aim a little bit higher and press the "Upload a File (max. XXMB)" label.

For this aiming suggestion, anyone having luck going off to the right? I can't seem to get a high aim to pick up and am basically just continually fat fingering the button.

With the 1.4.2 update I'm now able to get the upload image file button to work, but I can't seem to get the button that closes the file selection popup to close. Anyone else having this issue?

Works fine for me with iOS 8.0.2 in Safari.

hm i don't have the issue with safari. iphone 5s with iOS 8.1.1 and xenforo 1.4.3
