XF 1.2 Upgrading Question

I noticed you do a check to make sure certain files are correct before it will let you upgrade. If this check passes, even though 100% of the files have not been uploaded, then everything should upgrade fine, correct?

All files should be allowed to be uploaded. The limited check is done to ensure that slow servers don't potentially timeout and cause upgrade problems. The theory is that if you've uploaded those files correctly, then all files should be uploaded correctly.
