XF 2.3 I am upgrading to xenforo2.3 version. Fix my shortcomings.

1- Development Mode has been activated on Cloudflare.

2- Always Online mode has been disabled on Cloudflare.

3- The latest working fix version of Baby Community has been backed up

4- I removed all addons that will not support xenforo2.3 version.

5- Before the upgrade I will remove all addons including xenforo media gallery.

6- Should I turn off Cloudflare DNS Proxy?

Technically it's possible to do an upgrade from a phone but maybe it's better to do it from a PC, in case of...

I actually commented out my conifg file entries.

redis, memcache, etc.

don't worry about cloudflare DNS. works fine.

You don't need to change anything on Cloudflare. Run the upgrade on a test forum, not a live forum.

Can you tell me what to write in the config file? Can you give me the commands?

and also will these commands be changed to false when the upgrade is finished? or should it remain like the first form?

if you have something like:

$config['cache']['enabled'] = true;

in your config file, set it to false before the upgrade. re-enable to true after upgrade.
