XF 1.5 Upgrading from XenForo 1 to 2 and XenMedio 1 to 2

I am using XenForo 1.5.23 and XenMedio (Media) PRO 1.6.6. I want to upgrade to Xenforo 2.2.15. At the same time, I want to upgrade XenMedio to XenMedio 2.0.0.7, and then to XenMedio 2.1.1.5. The reason for the two XenMedio upgrades is I believe you have to go from one version, then import the existing videos, and then go to the next version. I understand there is a certain order that you have to do everything in, otherwise you might lose the videos. Could anyone tell me that exact order or direct me to a link that shows the correct order to do all of this in? I want to make sure I don't lose any of the XenMedio videos in the process.

Upgrading XF1 to XF2 is a major upgrade.
