XF 1.4 Unable to start conversations

Hi all,

I have XF 1.4 but no one is able to start conversations (PM's)

I have check the permissions and Personal conversation permissions and allowed. I get no error message at all anywhere.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Have you used the permissions analyzer to determine the final permission result?
Is the maximum number of conversation recipients set to greater than 0?

Hi

The permissions analyzer showed as yes and the max recipients for some reason has been set to zero for all groups! This is not a change I have made at all.

I have change one groups maximum number of recipients and this looks to be resolved, Thank you.
