Unable to set up member in admin panel

Get following errors, when trying to set up a new member in admin panel

Please correct the following errors:

• Password:
  Please enter a valid password.
• User Name:
  Please enter a valid name.
• User Group:
  Please enter a value for the required field 'user_group_id'.

Did you enter them? Do you have any user oriented addons that could be conflicting?

This is very likely caused by an add-on. I'd recommend disabling all of them (via the ACP) and retrying.

I Updated one addon and had some disabled add ons that I uninstalled, what is more likely to be the cause?

Registering works ok front end.

Disable them all in the admin cp and see if it works (it should).

Out of curiosity what addons do you have installed?

That is related to a disabled add-on, something to do with tc_fflaum.

So I have to disable the add ons one by one?
Is it likely to stem from a failed unintstalled addon? Is there a way to rebuild anything that could be wrong?

I found the addon that causes the error, will notify the developers..
