XF 2.0 Making changes in admin panel not pushing to public facing side of forum right away

I'm not entire sure if it's a browser/host problem, but when I make changes in the admin panel like creating a new node or notice it doesn't push to the public facing side of the forum right away. I am using Chrome and I have tried to deleting cookies and what not, but that doesn't help. It takes some time for it to actually make the change. Any ideas??

Update: I deleted a notice and created a new one. The old notice shows on the root of the forum, but if I click one of the forum nodes it shows the new notice at the top. So confused . . .

The only thing which could cause that is over aggressive server caching.

Your host should be able to assist.
