XF 2.0 Unable to download 2.0 for upgrade

Hello there,

We have purchased xf about 7-8 months before and it includes 12 months of ticket support and upgrades, but when I go to https://xenforo.com/customers to download xf 2..0, it is showing me message like: "No customer could be found with that email address.".

Could you please confirm for my subscription?
