XF 1.5 Two 'bump' facilities problem

Two things:
  • The 'bump' facility has disappeared. It was always beside the 'edit' one. (See screenshot)
  • The 'bump' add-on is not working even though it shows as OK. (See screenshot)
If anyone can help please make it simple and show me pathways. Thank you.
