I have two-step verification turned off in my user permissions. Yet one user has been getting the following message, when she tries to log in from either her phone or computer:
To complete the login to your account (or to complete two-step verification setup) at XXXX.com <http://www.XXXX.com/forums/index.php> , you must enter the following code:
018126
This code is valid for 15 minutes.
The login was requested via the IP XX.XXX.XX.XX. If you did not initiate this request, you should change your password urgently.
I have no idea why this is occurring -- strangely enough, just for this one user -- and how to make it stop.
Any thoughts?
