Turnstile integration seems (partly) broken

I am not sure, where the problem(s) lie(s). If I choose "Invisible", there is still a form-label showing "Authentication" "must be completed", but with an empty space, where otherwise the Turnstile widget is shown. If I choose "managed" or "non-interactive" it shows the widget, which gets a green checkmark always. Even though with "non-interactive" it is supposed to only show a progress bar until finished.

The main point is, though, that even if the widget concludes with a green checkmark, there is a Xenforo error message popup, that the captcha was not completed.

As most of the time, the problem "resolved itself" - I generated a new secret key and now it works. The label on the "empty space" with setting "invisible" is still there though....
