XF 2.1 Turkish character problem in search

Turkish characters appear corrupted on the search page after the last release. There was no such problem in the prior versions. Can you fix it?

I've just tested.
My search result is as below;

I uploaded same picture and also media has same title ...
I think this is not a bug!


1- Did you change or add anything on Router.php ? src/XF/Mvc/Router.php
2- Re-upload your language pack and be sure with compatible with your XF version.
