XF 2.2 Turkish character problem on thread titles

Hi,

I have been using XenForo 2.2.16 and experiencing so weird problem on thread titles.

When I explore the forum with Windows, there is no problem.


However, If I explore the same forum with MacOS, I am experiencing character problems on some thread titles.


As you see "I" character is weird and appearing as follows (there are two dot on it).


I have been using the default typography of XenForo.

'Segoe UI', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Roboto, Oxygen, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Fira Sans', 'Droid Sans', sans-serif

If I edit the thread subject on MacOS and click the backspace to delete the broken character it is correcting itself.

What can be the problem? Is there anyone else experienced the similar problem?
