Trophies not being awarded

It would seem that some of our members are not being awarded the trophies as they should be. The member that I notice this one is a very active member and logs in a few times a day. I have also read the following threads and this does not seem to be it either.

I have run the cron manually a few times as well as the rebuild members trophies

Which add-ons do you have installed?

Have you disabled all add-ons and determined whether the trophies are then awarded?

No not yet as I have a load of them installed

Ok I solved this issue thanks it was a setting in the members profile from Trophies by Waindigo
