Fixed Translation: Add own phrase for button "Contact Us"

Is it possible? It makes problems with translation into russian language.

Text on the Contact Us submit form button uses the same phrase as the link in the footer, and the request is to separate them.

Now, there is one phrase used for title of this form and for the submit button. And there is a problem in russian language with this, because after translation of this phrase into russian, that button looks bad, because it (that phrase) doesn't anymore means action "Send us a message", but only a text, which could be compared to english noun "Feedback"...

Pretty much the same in Polish as well. It would be handy to have two separate phrases.
