I believe this add-on is pretty much unmaintained.
Answering your question though, I believe it resets at the beginning of each month, so yeah, posts made within the month.

Not sure. I didn't buy the branding removal. I'm not sure where the add-on is supposed to add the branding, but I don't see anything related to this add-on in my site's footer, so I almost forgotten that it even had a "branding removal".

I would like to constrain posts that are counted for Top Poster to having a minimum of characters. Thus, single word posts such as "Thanks" are not counted.
Anyone know how to achieve this?

As of now, there are no plans for XF2 build.
