My private forum is about 6 years old and it's time for a complete overhaul. I'd love to hear how others have structured their fee- and forum structure and how you deliver content to paying members.
So far I only have a free level and a lifetime paid level but I'm thinking of adding a yearly membership level. My biggest concern is the added workload I might create for myself by adding a yearly membership level. And I haven't got a clue as to what to charge for a yearly membership level.
If these questions are too personal, I apologize. For the rest, would you all mind sharing your current set up, what works, what doesn't, and links to your websites so I can look around?
