Won't fix Title Case Missing in Areas of Batch Update Threads and Batch Update Users

I did searches and couldn't find any other relevant uses of the phrases. The following phrases should be title case:

Batch Update Threads

• created_by: Created By
• created_between: Created Between
• last_post_between: Last Post Between
• reply_count_between: Reply Count Between
• first_post_likes_between: First Post Likes Between
• view_count_between: View Count Between
• move_to_forum: Move to Forum
• set_prefix: Set Prefix

Batch Update Users

• registered_between: Registered Between
• last_visited_between: Last Visited Between
• message_count_between: Message Count Between
• trophy_points_between: Trophy Points Between
• set_primary_user_group: Set Primary User Group
• add_secondary_user_group: Add Secondary User Group
• remove_secondary_user_group: Remove Secondary User Group
• set_custom_title: Set Custom User Title

There are also inconsistencies here because other field titles are in title case.

I'm going to tag this as "won't fix" as we're not doing large scale sweeps of changes for things like this at this point. Ideally the "rules" will be clearer for 2.0.
