Thank you for reporting this issue. This was fixed in XenForo 2.3.4: the browser sometimes worked out the page's load time wrongly, so recent posts showed "Today at" instead of "x minutes ago" after the page loaded. The one-hour gap from your clock comes from the forum's Casablanca timezone (UTC+1 then) differing from your device's UTC+0 setting.
