XF 1.1 Time showing incorrectly on forum.

I'm trying to figure this one out guys...

My server time is set to CST and the settings in the forum for guest are set to Central Time (US/Canada) but the time is displayed 6 hours ahead. The first hour is shown correctly but after that it's a few hours ahead.

What's the issue here?

It was a simple settings issue.
