Is it possible to allow the users to suggest threadmarks somehow? I think this would raise awareness of the feature by the users as it will apply to them in some meaningful way all the time as they browse.

I plan to make a very much slimmed down version of my XF2 port (which is available on my site) available for free.

It may be a few months, since I need to focus on other add-on porting and also debugging the full XF2 version.

I don't have any ETA, as I still have some major add-ons to port to XF2 and various bugfix work has been heavier than expected

Not really, as Threadmarks do not map well to the XF2 Bookmarks. It would be doable, but lossy.

My XF2 version (Threadmarks Pro) handles XF1 upgrades as part of the installer code and not a separate import process. It should work with nearly all versions of the XF1 add-on.
