Please clarify which add-ons exactly and we will check. If the add-ons are paid we need the packages of add-ons to review them. Please ask the author's permission before sending us the packages. The packages will be used locally for review only and will not be installed on any public board. If the add-ons are using threads under the hood it may be easy to integrate, otherwise, the work involved is quite large, and several additional licenses sold would not cover our expenses. we will not able to assist you with such requests as the add-ons mentioned are custom add-ons and are paid, so we don't have their source code. Their authors can contact us and provide the code of their add-on and ask for instructions and/or inclusion of support for their add-on in our add-on. And in general, our approach to this is described above - none-official add-ons are not used in the number to justify the amount of work involved in "supporting" them, as the number of sales associated with adding support for none-official add-ons is very small. So we may decide to support an add-on if it is strait-forward, e.g. several hours of work, but we will not do so if days of work will be required or the add-on is not based on thread custom fields and a completely different system needs to be implemented. In such cases, we are ready to implement the support as a funded project, for which we can discuss the details in our support system.

Well, for those of us who've never used his addon's, I'm not sure "of course" is a given. I only saw 1.5 versions here on Xenforo. But yeah, now that I've visited his personal site....

Bob's Showcase is the number 2 in the 1.x list. He has a 2.x version but it's just on his site. There's 110 reviews. It's not a small user base.

It's practically an official add-on as he uses XF core for everything and does things similar to XFRM. I think if you looked into it there'd be alot of people interested in buying this feature.

Understandable, but I'm trying to install the trial version to test this functionality but I am unable to do so on both my live site (2.0.12) and localhost (2.1 rc1) due to the below error:

There are 2800 members on xenaddons. People can only register after getting vetted first. That should give you a clear idea that its not a small user base by any measure.

We have verified XenForo 2.1.0 and XenForo Enhanced Search 2.1.0 compatibility and released a version with some other minor changes included.
@Nerdface, we could not reproduce the issue reported. Is it possible you are using the trial version? The error could be caused by incompatible IonCube version. Please contact us in our Support System to resolve the issue.

@NHATKYMUA , we could not reproduce the issue you have reported at https://xenforo.com/community/threads/thread-thumbnail-by-addonslab-paid.144384/page-7#post-1321752 Please apply the latest update (version 2.1.0) which will disable a feature we have introduced recently - Filerable lists, and test again. If the issue still exists it is very likely to be a conflict with some other add-on. Please submit a ticket in our Support System and we will continue troubleshooting the issue there.
