Please let me know that how to fixing this error: There are scheduled jobs outstanding which have not run. Jobs may not be getting triggered when expected?

i've had this error in my admin cp since upgrading to 2.2 nearly a year ago.

Just to follow up, I emptied the xf_job mysql table using phpadmin (after making a backup) and this seems to have fixed the issue.

Wow, I don't know how that worked but it did. I do not know what jobs do or refer to, but I'm a look into that.

Some jobs (routine tasks) are only triggered by visits to the site.

For a regular site that message typically shouldn't show.

You are more likely to see it on test and development installations which don't routinely receive visitors.
