One more before I run to bed, scraping my eyes out. That might be (apart from the real thing) the most weird and revolting thing I have ever seen.

Today, I was in hospital visiting my sister who's had her second baby (baby girl, Amelie) yesterday and we had the pleasure of listening to the woman behind the curtain in the adjacent bed telling the midwife all about her exploded bits, to which the midwife was making helpful comments like 'ooh yes, I can see why that might be a bit sore' and 'you could try some pelvic floor exercises'...
Just thought I'd share that with you ladies while I'm passing through
