XF 2.1 Template modification not applied

I created a core.less template modification for my add-on but it looks like it's not applied for some reason.
I created it based on a similar one from XFRM. The only difference I could spot is the apply count and those numbers on the side.
What am I missing?

I had forgotten to set it to Regular Expression. It was left to Simple Replacement and I was trying to do some regex match to append much like XFRM does.

For reference if you'd like support with template modifications again in the future, people were asking you for the contents of the "Find" and "Replace" fields in the template modification.
