Support taking forever ?

I have created a support ticket on sunday and I still haven't received any response. I just wanted to make sure it was normal.

I know it's not the right place to ask this, but I am worried that there might be a problem with my ticket.

Have you gotten a response yet? I see another thread here about lack of support response so this is starting to concern me, esp. considering we are getting ready to roll our conversion to XenForo from vB out in a few weeks.
