XF 1.4 Step4.php not uploaded - do I need to / can I re-run upgrade?

I've been upgrading my forums to XF1.4 this morning and had an issue with one of them - the following file did not upload properly:

/library/XenForo/Install/View/Install/Step4.php

I only found this out afterwards because the pre-upgrade warning doesn't tell you WHICH file it thinks is missing or corrupt, just that it thinks x no. might not be right; and after doing a full upgrade package upload - twice - I was confident it was a misreport. (I finally found out which file after getting back into the ACP and doing a file health check!! )

So, my questions are:

• Will the upgrade be incomplete due to this file being zero bytes at the time of running it?
• Is there a way to re-run the upgrade?
