You can look up max release date, but you also in most cases get less time for being good, working and simply just over crowded. Some Pen's due as much as 3 days reduction for every day you work, leading to almost 1/3rd time served release.

There is a difference between the scheduled date and the actual date. If his actual is close to his scheduled then it will be surprising.

I was watching some show on either History or Discovery about prisons... there was a story about a relatively harmless guy being pulled from a medium security prison and put into a super-max where they hold the worst terrorists. Of course no one tells him why he was moved. He served out his time in the super-max.

Only toward the end did a guard let it slip he was moved there just to show a racial balance for the prison. The guy in question was white and the prison was mostly arab/minority/muslim and needed more "diversity."

We live in an interesting world that's for sure. It pays to be the bad guy, heck just look at Mr. Hogan - per the article he scammed $28million from eBay alone. Has to pay back $25,000 and spend 5 months (if that) in prison. Where exactly do I need to sign for this type of deal? See it pays.

The eBay marketing reps were literally drowning in money and basically need DP to launder it for them, though I'm sure they put it a different way when they approached him. That's my take on it anyway.

If I get pulled over for speeding I want the cop to let me off with a warning, or at least give me a break on the severity of the offense when he documents it. If I go to court I want the judge to be lenient with me. But if I see someone else pulled over for speeding I want the system to throw the book at them. Why is that?

What about you? I have yet to see any factual documents.. Only eBay pulling random numbers out their bunghole.... It's been said several times in the thread it was very inaccurate.

Your lack of balls amazes me too.. This thread has been up since early May, yet you wait a week til after he can no longer defend himself to come try to stir the kettle up again. DP has done a lot for our scene both xF and vB and regardless of how true or not his allegations are.. He will always have the most outright respect from me. 26 Mil is nothing.. Obama costs us more then that on a daily basis yet you don't see him in prison...

Aww that's cute Edge. I don't stalk Mr. Hogan or keep tabs on his every move. Granted I knew of the lawsuit for some time it wasn't until about 30mins ago when I seen a post about said trial and a link to the article about the outcome. The thread I seen was on WarriorForum (this thread) where someone just bumped the thread today.

So while you can go on about your fascination with my balls, I'm not trying to hide anything or from anyone. Unless the mods here remove this thread or my posts then they will remain in tact and Mr Hogan can reply if for some reason he feels the need to when he's back from holiday.
