Not a bug "Start conversation" button missing for moderator

I'm a moderator for a forum. There is no "start conversation" button. So, I can't send any private messages.

Any ideas about the cause?

You need to have the admin who has the Xenforo license to request help or you need to associate your username with the license.

As per the above, the license owner can add you to their "Forum users" page in the Customer area which will allow you to post support requests on their behalf, or they should contact us directly via the forum or submit a ticket.
